I began my exploration with movement at a young age, always loving dance and gymnastics and, as the years progressed, funneling that love into yoga asana. I graduated from Bennington College in southern Vermont with a concentration in anthropology and a refined interest in Asian spirituality inspired by studying abroad in Nepal. After practicing yoga for many years, becoming a yoga teacher felt like a natural progression, interweaving my love of movement and spirituality. I completed my Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2012. My love of traveling and interest in meditation led me further; to study Buddhism at Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal.

I first fell in love with massage at a 10-day Thai Yoga Massage immersion program with The Sunshine Network near Chiang Mai, Thailand. Mesmerized by the beauty of the practice, I went on to study Thai Yoga Massage with The Triple Gem School of Thai Massage and my studies with expert teacher Jennifer Yarro continue to this day.

I graduated from The East West College of The Healing Arts in Portland, OR in 2015, completing a comprehensive 800-hour massage therapy program and specializing in deep tissue massage. In the years following, I practiced in Ojai, CA and Montpelier, VT refining my massage skills and gaining invaluable experience with a diverse range of clients. In VT, I gave massage at a holistic health clinic alongside acupuncture practitioners to serve those in chronic and acute pain, recovering from injuries, and experiencing different physical conditions. I also have taught yoga & meditation in public studios, for private individuals, and internationally for teacher training programs with Frog Lotus Yoga International.

I currently reside in gorgeous Ojai, CA with my family where I run my own private massage practice. My daughter has been my most profound teacher.
