Deep tissue massage
Executed to assist your body in releasing pain, tension, or stiffness, deep tissue massage is therapeutic for your fascia and musculature.
You will benefit from a session tailored to your personal needs! Lauren utilizes receptive listening tools to assess your tissue and to help unwind patterns of holding with moderate to deep pressure.
Calling upon her anatomical knowledge and intuitive guidance, Lauren blends deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, Tui Na, trigger point therapy, and craniosacral therapy to provide you with a holistic and pleasant treatment.
Deep tissue massage is performed on a massage table. The client's modesty is respected with proper draping. Arnica-infused massage oil is used.
